In one definition, Webster defines a residential district as, a unified dust of individuals and hatful with common interests living in a item area. I believe a community should be more than that definition. A community should be a place where people hold the same values for everyone, share common interests, look-out for and nurse one another. However, its hard to imagine such a place.
