Abstract
swear Outreach is a non-profit organization. Their mission is to seat spate towards
a more responsible expressive style of life. They do this by providing work in exchange for goods.
Does this empower people towards a more responsible way life? This penning will describe
the observable cycloramas of this organizations culture. It will address the expectation of
organizational assortment, conflict caution and how communication flows.

Workplace Observation: Hope Outreach
Hope Outreach, a non-profit organization, began in the early 1990s. They began
in a small two sleeping room house giving out clothes. As time progressed, Hope Outreach
grew. They expanded. They were able to receive more donations and government
grants.
So, they were able to follow out various programs. Some of the programs were a thrift store, pregnancy outreach center, half-way house, roofless shelters, community care, and gas vouchers. Then, they began the work in exchange for goods program, which is a part of the community care program. This is how they define their mission of empowering people towards a more responsible way of living. Do they rightfully empower people towards a more responsible way of living? The paper will describe the observable aspect of the organizations culture. It will address perception of organizational diversity, conflict management and how communication flows.
